What's up guys? Nice job out there looks like yall are having a good time. We just went out pulling crawlers yesterday. You're absolutely right, it's a matter of finding the correct depth covering the water column and get the speed right.

Nice job on the fish. Gotta love that area of the lake and the average size that it produces. BTW, I have similar rod trees on my boat, and I put them at a 45 degree angle so that it is much easier to get the rods in and out. Country Steve and your clients that aren't 6 feet plus will probably appreciate that. I am also wondering why you don't use tattle flags on your boards with spinners? I make my own for about $2 per board, so IMO, it's a no-brainer to have them on every board. All you need is a nylon washer, some heavy braid a small crimp sleeve and a spring. It is much easier for "newbies" to see when there's a fish or when you have a junk fish messing with your baits. You and I can probably tell when a board looks funny, but "newbies" and your clients may not be able to tell w/o them. Just my 2-cents. Thanks for making these videos! Awesome boat!!

Love your content Captain Ross and how are you rip apart Country Steve, very obvious you to our close friends! Just curious, where did the name country come from? Thanks for The crawler harness tips… Especially focusing on how speed and weight are more critical than color when running harnesses.

Hey red man, got one for your Q&A session with Producer Dude. Why do you put that a cover on your Yama-pro-xs outboard all year long 🤣

Do you ever troll with a plastic worm ? I feel like Erie is a place to try that with so many fish and the reason I ask is I’ve never found success on a plastic worm behind a harness , every other way to fish plastics I have confidence just not that ,,, Spinners make winners lol love it , get that on a r shirt ,,, Thanks for the entertainment 👍

Nice fish but you need to tell us exactly what you are using!!

They are using spinners (ie crawler harnesses), with worms and in-line sinkers. They looked like mostly 2 or 3 oz beaded chain sinkers, with a 5 foot harness, which is what I use as well when pulling worms. Lately, we've been getting much larger fish on cranks and mostly dinks on worms, but we've also been fishing much further west from where they are. Anywhere East of the Islands is much better right now for the larger fish, but there are still some hogs to be had well further West if you are pulling cranks @ 2 - 2.5 mph.
