Just a quick suggestion: I just checked the web version of the product. I felt that the product can go more good. But for me being a UIUX designer. Its not that much crispy. Please try to invest in product design. And then try to embedd some generative ai

Product based Startups are still at nascent level in India but the good thing is these products are being used in India, in our local market so there's a lot of potential for growth and investment. I remember Reliance investing one of Robotics startup Adverb Technologies. Reliance has invested in them after they become successful and now they also have customers outside India. There are startups but they're most served in India but there are also companies like Adverb Techonologies, Sastra Robotics which have gone international. Still, compared to the size of India, this is still very low. We need more!!

Hi Muzzammbil. Great podcast. On the points about retention of talent especially for product companies - next time you have someone from a similar background, I’d like you to consider asking them why if they’re bootstrapped & not growing exponentially, but still have a 20-30% net margin EBITDA, they can’t use that to keep talent ? For eg my employer (a VPN product company based out of Khi) is happy to give international salary equivalents to top talent if they choose to stay back. Think about $3-6,000/month for mid level 3-5 YOE which helps them to retain talent. A company with ARR of over $5m and less than 200 employees should easily be able to afford a $60,000 mid level employee sitting in Pk. Think about the economics, the opportunity cost and how you could structure this as a question for future podcasts. Thanks.
