Its true but also keep in mind the tax situation in Pakistan and the high electricity bills so when these things sort then this is a huge opportunity. Right now our textile sector is barely able to run completely, most of them have shifted to other countries like Bangladesh. I think its long game and will become opportunity when the government also participates in this to facilitate the businesses.

Make the roads/Rail track straight to reduce driving fatigue, delay, accidents (especially during rainy fog season), shortens distances and save times, lessen petrol/fuel consumption, decrease construction/ maintenance cost, transportation cost, and oil imports, increase the life of vehicles(tires), road/tracks, trade, security(few cameras needed) and support very high traffic/loads in trains. One wrong turn, bend, Curve, and wrinkle in the road causes a loss of billion-dollar oil/fuel as billion of vehicles uses that road for eternity. Metro buses should be replaced with electric trains for cheap transportation as we are going to produce excessive hydroelectricity and reduce oil import in that way. thus dams their path(it should be converted to zic zac that will generate revenue x fold) are very important for not only creating millions of jobs and saving water but all other industries like farming(wheat, rice, vegetables, fruits, etc), Live Stock, water-based(fishing, water sport, etc), cheap transportation(electric trains)(that will increases the access of people/industries towards markets) in fact all industries depend on it either directly or indirectly. because of cheap electricity in Pakistan and motorways, there will be a rise in new industries and jobs. Govt should not allow building new houses in the cities without gardens and small houses should be converted to apartments. . Pakistan has the potential of cheap hydroelectricity 65000 Megawatt(100 trillion rupees earning potential) which only produces 12000?. Government should open farms near huge cities with the latest technology to decrease prices in the market. Because of government negligence, people living in cities, especially the middle class is suffering and can't buy milk, vegetable, fruits, meat, etc at cheap rates and because of this people have abnormal growth and health issues.

What would be Pak like in 2050. Pakistan would not exist, its security apparatus would be hired by Goons like Rana Sanullah and Governor of Sindh. Pakistan will be exporting beggars to the world. Like it’s exporting slaves today and some are drowning in Europe other are raped and killed on the way. All these nose browning khaki wearing Generals will be selling their women to Noon league goons. Like they have been doing for 75 years. Beside 10 Muslim league parties Generals will introduce LGBTQ Faugi party. Pakistani security forces will be doing every job in Pakistan except protecting borders of Pakistan. This nation of baygarat beggars will have Bilawal as PM. Establishment will appoint first openly LGBTQ leader of Muslim state and will be paid few dollars for this

10:20 - Just a little correction over here. People in America do want to work in factories, they want to work. They just don't want be underpaid for what they're doing or work jobs that don't even pay their basic bills. There are people who are doing two jobs, are still poor, and have zero buying power. This is partly because of inflation, and partly because large corporations in America have figured out that they can make cheaper products in developing countries and keep more profit for themselves, while putting local competitors out of business, or just buying them to remove competition. It's cheaper to produce in developing countries, not only because of cheap labour, but also because the value of dollar is more and they don't have to worry about following environmental and labour laws there. People in America know their rights and are willing to stand up for them. In fact most young people already support local small businesses, though it's still a very new thing and something only rich people can afford to do. Even if the market for local products increase because of tariffs people still won't be able to buy them since they don't have jobs to pay for expensive things. They will still need affordable things, maybe made by some poor person working in a sweat shop somewhere in a developing country (like Pakistan) and the cycle will continue. 11:10 - Another correction. America is not only the highest consumer but also highest producer. Even though it's producing things in developing countries, the owners are still American corporations. In fact most of these corporations had to expand their businesses to developing countries to keep up with the rate of factory production. Which is where it all started. When these brands entered developing countries local brands went out of business because they couldn't keep up with the American brands because of their marketing and research (they were keeping more profits and investing it in marketing and research).

Just two question, 1) since u compared IMF and World Bank with Chinese loan, but did not speak what rate of interest are charged by IMF and WB and what ROI is given by China. 2) If CPEC agreement is very good why not make the T&C and the agreement public
