I absolutely LOVED the black love series!!! In my family, there were no grounded, happy, long-lasting marriages. I thought marriage was not a viable option for me, at all! Seeing the struggles, enduring commitments and LOVE was so enriching. I saw a side of marriage that I’d not seen before. I really draw on their stories and the wisdom shared by so many couples.

Same here, with my current profit of $59,000 made from my investment with Mrs Eunice Eileen Moore’s trading platform I’m totally convinced, she’s the best trading broker I have worked with and her strategies are so easy to adapt, she’s such a blessing to me especially in this current dip😍

I almost got lost in the crypto world after I had an awful trade, my colleague introduced me to Mrs Eunice and she helped me recover my loss and made total profits of $59,700 and I'm happy again, I just like the way she transparently analyzed my trade

I don’t know what men are swiping left on you all, but I definitely don’t have this problem as a black woman. This only applies to people who chase unrealistic things in life. Thinking this is the type you should be going after vs. the one that goes after you See, the problem is not that dudes are swiping left. It’s the fact that the ones you want don’t want you. Every day I see humans speaking about this type of stuff. Then, when you see the person they are chasing behind, the person doesn’t even give them half the effort they put in. A lot of people will continue to make this mistake, unfortunately. People are always wanting things they can’t reach or thinking this is what they should look like on the outside. I’m sure a lot of y’all had dudes that liked you, but you didn’t like him because you weren’t attracted to him. It always boils down to people being attracted to someone and giving the bare minimum. This, in itself, is a trauma response. Chasing things or overextending yourself for people you want validation from is not an act of self-love. When you truly love yourself. Your type will change with it. You start to look at the people who are actively on their journey and purpose in life vs. the ones that require you to fund their entire lifestyle. Just to get left once he’s done using you up. This goes for men and women. Just as well as women go for the wrong guys. Men do it too. Chasing behind women that they crave validation from. There’s a female right now in his circle that truly likes him, but he doesn’t have any interest in her, because why? He’s not attracted to her. She receives the least amount of attention. And this is also an act of lacking self-love. Men and women need to stop living in this fairytale and false reality and going by statistics. Actually, go into the real world and do something with yourself. Put yourself in a position to be around purpose-walking humans. Instead of running back to the one that feeds you breadcrumbs. Stay off the media, stop living and trying to keep up and performing these grand acts or portraying this false reality of pretending to be "happy," and actually go find your joy and peace in life. God has instilled this in all of us, and it is ultimately up to you to find it. And once you find it, don’t ever let it go. 💋

I’m so glad this conversation was had. So many black women want to believe that black love does and cannot exist because of the crap and types of discourse going on in social media. It’s like GIRLUHHH GO OUTSIDEEEEEEEEE

I love it when Earn Your Leisure bring on black people who have changed the narrative. For example, Codie with the Black Love brand showing black love in a positive light; the Earn Your Leisure media company which is showing financial literacy in the black community, and hopefully in the future, you can interview Cathy Hughes, Owner of Urban One/Cleo TV. She has changed the narrative on how black people are viewed in the media too.

Very mixed feelings about this interview. She clearly has business Savy and I enjoyed hearing her speak about her business from inception to current. Her family is clearly vested in the process of black people. However she is light skinned and I feel her existing as a light skinned woman colors her perception of black love. If she wants to be more effective, particularly with the creation of a black love app, she needs to take a long hard look at the numerical gap of viable dating options for black men and women. Otherwise she dropped a lot of gems. This was a good listen.

Until black females and black males individually start taking accountability for their OWN actions, nothing will change. Some black people have character flaws that they are unwilling to address. Currently, the only black men and black women who will get married to each other are the ones who come from good families and have a marriage mindset. I don't know these two females but by just looking at them, I know for a fact I wouldn't even think about dealing with the girl who is bald and has blonde hair. She is clearly of the WORLD (not saying that the other female isn't) and this is the reason why some black males look at some black females as nothing more than a sex object because that is how the females portray themselves as. Proverbs 18:22 He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the LORD. If she isn't a wife when that man meets her, she will never get married.

The Black Love series is so inspiring and valuable. My parents were married for 54 years. Growing up I've seen many Black couples married for decades. These couples always had the intention to put the effort and make goals together. There's so much to learn to grow positively. @enchantingnubianette
