For beginners it is advisable you invest through an expert trader who would serve as a mentor and a guardian to ensure you make profits and increase your accuracy when you make trades, in that way you get to make money with low risk of losing your hard earned money.

This dude has not only changed the trajectory of his life and lives of his wife, children, and brothers but has singlehandedly employed daycare workers, property managers, project managers, contractors, security workers, hundreds of parents received childcare, all because of the vision he had for himself. All of this in Chicago..the most stereotypical so called murder capital of the world he's a whole pillar in his community. Without rapping or playing any kind of sport. Humbling.

From 5 to 15, we're teaching our kids job skills. At 16, they're working full-time jobs. By marriage and children at 22, they're homeowners with no mortgage. The girls are birthing nursing and parenting and homeschooling. The boys keep working on earned income until unearned income exceeds living expenses.... Then we teach the grandkids how to do this too. Helping out with housing and groceries along the way...

Now get busy! There's more than one way to skin a cat! I was looking for property in an area I grew up in, looked so long, out of fear, and got priced out. Panicked and grabbed something in another area, got in just before priced jumped up 4 months later. Don't give up, "a broken clock is correct twice a day"! Today you might have to pool your resources! Find like-minded family/friends to get that first property or business!

These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $89k now to put in the market.

Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely lead to greater financial independence. By being knowledgeable about money and investing, individuals can make informed decisions about how to save, spend, and invest their money. I know someone who made over $350k in this recession influenced market, but to the best of my knowledge, it was through a financial advisor.
@lawrenceHart-ys2ct
@lawrenceHart-ys2ct Жыл бұрын
financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 930k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2018, and I return at least $58k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

Have you heard of "Christine Ann Podgorny" She gets featured regularly on CNBC. Everyone in my office works with her including myself. I personally use tax-deferred accounts to hold my investments. That way I avoid capital gains taxes. There are other options your advisor could brief you about.

Love the breakdown. I've gradually built my finance and made my first $100k through investing, and with what I’ve learned investing, given enough time, solid investments have the potential to double the initial principal amount, but many investors are instead attracted to the lure of high yields in short periods of time despite the possibility of unattractive losses before even getting out. So the onus is on newbies to beware.

@@bernadshrimp186As long as you diversify your portfolio, any single stock that you own shouldn’t have too much of an impact on your overall return. If it does, buying individual stocks might not be the right choice for you, as you can also try out the Roth IRA or I series bonds. Even index funds will fluctuate, so you can’t get rid of all of your risk, try how you might. With guidance, these are achievable. Levi Clemans, a pro Fiduciary oversees my portfolio. The most important thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in various stocks gold, silver and digital currencies.

You're right! If you are not conversant with the markets, I'd advise you to get some kind of advice or assistance from a financial/investing coach. I diversified my $450K portfolio across various market with the aid of an investment advisor and I've been able to generate a little bit above $1.2m in net profit across high dividend yield stocks, Etf and bonds this red season. For me, its themost ideal way to jump into the market these days

I worked with this man and played football with him for years and when he says nobody knew he ain't lying lol! and those starting salary with the Chicago Police Department back then was $36,000, the raises that you experience as you move through the years are incredible and the credit union is a tremendous source of funding for someone in similar position. in the early 2000s the credit union would give you loans no matter what you wanted as long as you were repaying via payroll deduction, meaning they knew they would get paid before even you did.

Love this. I say the same things to my coworkers. I've been in the military 12 years now and what he talked about with promotions is real. Instead of waiting for a promotion and getting mad/ depressed if you don't make it. Go invest your money in real estate and increase your cash flow yourself. Give yourself a raise 🙏
