they are out of sync, when they connect to bluetooth only one sounds, but both work when charging, can you help me?🥺😭

Sorry Eleyn, I gave them away so I wouldn't be able to reproduce the issue. I assume that the first earphone is in fact connecting to the phone and them the second connects to the first. I wonder why they don't sync with each other. I can't be more help, maybe you can send them back.
