About this series:
This is my first playthrough of Earth Defense Force 6 (EDF6). I play on PC as it would be impossible for me to beat the game on any console.
I started playing on hard right away to have some challenge and enjoy the game to its fullest. I don't replay basically any mission to get more resources, except when I forget to record a video. So in other words I have the most basic gear you can get and the lowest amount of armor (HP) throughout the game. This is different from other videos that probably beat the game on Normal difficulty and have some gear useful even on Hard. Well, I don't have that luxury and some missions are way harder because of that.
Some missions are hard, some easy. I tend to not be very good at shooting games, so maybe these videos will help you with your strategy, movement and especially weapon choice, as I rarely win by skill alone.
You will see me improve at the game and finding better strategies to deal with imposing enemies, of which there are plenty in EDF6. Some are truly deadly and they come in numbers.
If a mission is harder than usual, I will leave some general tips and strategies in the description. Especially when the video doesn't really show how it's supposed to be done in a more efficient and thus simple and more consistent way.
