Craig you are such an amazing son. Love your mom and son relationship.. Can't begin to explain how much ya'll have changed me and my family's life.. My 15 year old daughter has Lupus and she was diagnosed 5 years ago. She has had so much stomach,bone,joint and all out health issues.. I started watching you and your family about a year and a half ago and your story on your health issues really just hit me.. I thought I'm going to try doing the Vegan and exercising more.. I couldn't take my daughter's sickness,but by golly I could try this and see what happens.. So I started ha ha at the Aldi's... I watched your video and shopped at the same time and I went through and got everything ya'll did.. Long story short my daughter and my family has went Vegan. I can't begin to say how much I appreciate you and your Mom.. My daughter feels so much better.. I mean she will always have Lupus,but her stomach,bones, joints and all over health is 90% better.. It was very hard watching her in pain all the time.. She has days, but nothing like before..So thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart... Much love from the Hutton's.....

Yes!!! Blitz the freeze dried fruit in a blender or crush it up with a rolling pin, you could throw it in a mini mesh strainer to give something a light dusting or you could do a more rustic look by leaving it coarse.

FYI not all cheese is vegetarian! Crazy i know but some cheese (like some parms) are made with something that is taken from the intestines of animals that make it not vegetarian ( some kind of enzymes i think). I keep kosher and in order to be able to eat cheese i need to look out for that.

VERY HARD PASS on the cream cheese ( it just did not taste good) but I loved everything else: dumplings, chiken patties. Haven't tried the tofu or the dressings yet, but looking forward to it. I've been vegan for a short time so maybe I'm still remembering what non-vegan cream cheese taste's like but yeah...pass. I said the same thing in a local vegan fb group and people said to add garlic and salt. It's very possible that I don't like any vegan cream cheese or sour cream, which is fine with me because I don't miss it or need it. Keep up the good work Craig!! I LUV that Aldi is even making these alternatives!
