Earthbound Dimensions Intro - Mother Direct 2023 Trailer

The Earthbound Dimensions trailer presented at the 2023 Mother Direct.
Earthbound Dimensions is a fangame made with Godot Engine that reimagines Earthbound/Mother 2 as a 3D game.
This is not only a trailer but the actual intro that plays when you boot the game up. It is actually rendered in real time in Godot, not FMV, and you can even slightly tilt the camera as the scene plays out.
This took so much more time to create than I thought it would that I'm actually surprised I got it done in time for the Mother Direct! I would like to thank Yuki Takahashi (aka karasudon) for her art direction help which took these scenes to the next level. You can see her portfolio in the links below. Please enjoy!

How do you intend to avoid the legal cease and desist orders that are going to come from Nintendo (a company that has ruthlessly attacked everyone trying to do the exact same thing that you're doing)? I ask this because I am legitimately interested in the success of this project, not because I want it to fail.

I dont think you should be worrying too much, because nintendo doesnt FULLY own Mother/EarthBound, its originally made by shigesato itoi, so they would need itoi's approval to take fan projects down, and itoi doesnt seem to care about it that much so the project is in good hands.

@@AaronHalliday Still, Its not Nintendo's choice to FULLY dmca it, so you shouldnt really worry about it. Tons of remakes like encore and mother squared still havent been taken down, and this project will still have tons of new additions, so dont worry!
