I’ve never thought about it before. The fact that you must become robots. Are Starmen and some of the other robots just rotten human souls that obey Giygas? Perhaps so they can travel through time like you. EDIT: I know Starmen are an alien race in Mother 1, but I still feel like they could be built that way from organic life for that purpose.

This is absolutely beautiful. I love the filters used on the sample and how disconcerted and abrupt the samples are used. It gives this track that really eerie and unsettling tone. It pretty much sounds remastered. I love it.

Nothing is impossible to be everywhere because the space/area that nothing is in is actually occupied with either oxygen, carbon dioxide, or any other type of gas/object. Also, It is impossible for emptiness to stretch due to it being non-existent and not having a physical form or either muscles to stretch.

Something I really like about this version is that I've listened to the original enough times I know when and how the sound switches from left ear to right ear in my headphones, but with this recreation the timing and echo is different to what I've come to expect which adds to the eerie factor

This is a song that perfectly captures my darkest nightmare and when i listen to this i feel like im the only living being left on earth and i just walk on this empty sphere with just the feeling of...were is everybody? And just knowing that i would not see anybody ever again knowing that i can not go back, im stuck on this nothing planet for all eternity. But thats the reason why this soundtrack is a mortifying masterpiece because you know that this is it, you gave up your mortal body to go defeat the ultimite evil, an entity so horrifying it makes imortals pee their pants, but you are the only thing that can stop it, but just one mistake, its the deletion of the universe and probably many others.

this feels like a true hero moment. doing what's right knowing you don't have a chance and not knowing if you'll even be human again. scary but massive respect to Ness Paula Jeff and Poo for even attempting... I like to think all stories take place in a multiverse and I know someone will think it's lazy but it's pretty cool to think every possibility happens somewhere eventually. Like with ocarina of time.......... I wonder if someone would make a fangame where Ness didn't win. I know I died a few times in the fight. I know others have too. or something like they won... but they're souls can't go back home. all scary all things I've asked myself. This is actually one of my favorite video games finale, the difficulty is nice, you encounter some of Giygas' most powerful minions, the Cave of the Past is really eerie with its atmosphere and music, and at the very end within a smaller cave, there's nothing but heavy slow breathing, with intestine like tubes pulsating through the ground, you then approach the face of this organic machine that Giygas is sealed inside, Porky them comes in and explains to what became of Giygas, and then you fight, you can't do anything to Giygas of now, so you attack Porky, who is now in a spider like mech with and is now corrupted with a greyish blue skin and brown hair, once you overwhelm Porky, he then turns off the machine Giygas is in, now revealed to be called the Devil's Machine, and Giygas physical form and mind has been completely destroyed, he is now nothing but a ghostly mass of negative PSI energy, and is no longer there, now it's just the chosen 4 against this monstrosity that came from Giygas, Porky then taunts you one last time, hinting us that the only way to defeat Giygas, is to have Paula pray, the positive energy from friends across the world praying back reaches Giygas, and counter attacks his negative energy, unstabling his defenses even more, splitting him into multiple corrupted faces, eventually after Ness' mom prayed for the heroes, Giygas is becoming more and more unstable, Paula's prayer now being absorbed, the negative energy Giygas is spreading here is getting heavier and heavier on the heroes, Paula tried praying again, and coming through the darkness, the Player prays for the heroes, dealing the final massive blow, Giygas is now defeated, Porky desperately runs away taunting Ness one last time, the heroes were thrown out of the cave, Giygas disintegrated, and the robot bodies of the heroes are destroyed, the war against Giygas...is over. The heroes souls traveled back to the present time to their original body and is now free to see the world that they have saved. With the visuals, ambiences tracks in the final boss, high stakes, and atmosphere, this is an amazing ending!

True lab is a remix, so is amalgam.

@@pain3236 true lab uses alphys' motif, amalgam uses enemy approaching's motif, so each track is a remix of Undertale's own tracks, so you're right, what you said has nothing to do with earthbound tho, if you even intended to say that it is a remix of this earthbound track they use earthbound samples for their tracks, so it isnt that they sound like this earthbound track, but that they took the sounds from it cuz why not
