WXJ22 will sometimes go bonkers for multiple river FLWs (they had a sextuple header once; my 12-254 activated for only one of them for TS idalia)

Indeed, I caught quite a few things off of WXJ22 during Debby (as proven) I still have a couple of FFWs to upload
