I heard this dialogue in another video, but it was during an episode of Arthur. It was pretty creepy because the description was close to Arthur and his sister's.

This is the same EAS that aired durring the show “Arthur”. This was listed as a scary EAS because of the moment of the show that it aired at.

I mean it was rather unsettling. The scene at which this alert aired in the show, it was when Arthur an DW were about to be captured themselves. That in itself is unsettling, and the alert, to add on to it, came on about a Child Abduction Emergency. That, was this one in the video. It’s the same voice, and the same message.

I was 6 years old when this AMBER Alert was issued. I didn't get this AMBER Alert, but... 6 years later, I found out that they were found DEAD IN THE BACK OF A CAR?! Oh no!

It was found later that Amber Pazstor murdered her 2 kids, and before that murdered her next door neighbor. Sad tragedy.

She later plead guilty but mentally ill. She was later sentenced to 130 years (65 years for each murder) in prison plus an additional 65 years for her 3rd murder, a life sentence
