Ok, so as promised, here is tie-in for the video. (spoilers!) The Watch - The Watch were the ones that sent the fax at the end of the movie. They knew what the CCS factory was up to, but they were not the ones that burned down the factory. That happened on its own. It was an industrial accident. Missle - Government was responsible for the nuke on Portland as they knew that one of their labs leaked the chemical, and what would happen if it did. They tried to cover it up and say it was a seperatist group. They were trying to see what a nuclear weapon would do to the zombies, and as you see, it had little effect. Oops! Logic - Yes, that was Logic that shot down the aircraft in their first attempt to cloud-seed. He was listening to their transmissions and understood that they were going to exacerbate the situation. I'll be happy to answer any other questions on this as well. Thanks!

(CAUTION: SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN SHELTER'S "CIVIL EMERGENCY" SERIES) My theory is that Logic was going to launch the initial seeding planes that were to make the outbreak worse. As we learned in the Civil Emergency series, he desired to exterminate a large part of humanity to prevent resource exhaustion. At this time though, he was weaker and easily overwhelmed (you hear his signal at 28:11, but it's quickly sent back to the EAS). It turns out, however, that The Watch - which appears to be anti-Logic; note they appear to destroy him at the end of the Civil Emergency series - were the ones who shot the planes down. Note that they've been decried as terrorist in earlier vids, especially the Virus Scenario. I believe it was The Watch who also sent out that final fax ("As many who truly protect were WATCHing"). Meanwhile, the feds (DOD = Dept. of Defense) had struck a deal with CCS for some form of chemical experimentation on U.S. citizens; we've seen The Watch go after these projects, like the virus and then also in the more recent Hostage Scenario. Perhaps, they thus burned down CCS to try and prevent it. This is just my theory. I could see holes in it as it doesn't really resolve the whole nuke into Portland thing.

+shelter345 May I give an ieda? a 7.6 Earthquake hits in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. after shocks hits the 5 bridges (anyone doesn't know them look them up ;3;) it destoryed the bridges, it causes around 900 casualties. the 2nd day 1 bridge destoryed 3rd 2nd one bridge 4th 3rd bridge 5 day 4th bridge and 7 day last bridge. it causes the steel mills to bring out chemicals and causes evacutions and around 125 casualties and some of the mills explode around 200 deaths

Hey, Shelter...I dunno if you have any plans as of now, but I was wondering if you would be interested in making an EAS video based off an idea I just had: What if there was a massive hurricane/monsoon so strong, that it causes MAJOR damage to cities across the US and causes a blackout/power outage during the storm? This idea came to me when I remembered that one mission from MW2 where (spoilers) an EMP was detonated and caused a huge blackout in the middle of a rainstorm, and I figured "hm...what if the blackout was in the middle of much more powerful storm? That would be chilling :) If you decide to do this, you should use the image in this video that looks like a radio with blue lights to give the feel of actually being in a blackout storm! This is just a suggestion, but if you actually decide to use this idea, I will freak out :P
