EAS Remastered - SCP-173

This is a remaster of one of the old EAS Scenarios of the same name, which is currently the second most-popular EAS Scenario just only after Infectious Smile.
This presentation takes into account the issues pointed out by the comments on the 2019 version, regarding how Emergency Alert System SCP-XXX scenarios work, complete with a redesigned plot and a few extra alert segments in comparison to the 2019 version (which it shows no clear outcome).

Amnestics. for those making SCP EAS Scenarios, it's probably a convention on how it worked. It was said by the Foundation that its to make these people forget to keep SCP Foundation and its activates a secret. Other than that, these are probably glitches i purposefully made.
