THEORY: “Dim the Lights” is the sequel to “Tilt”, and here’s my evidence: The asteroid hit the moon, and it is possible that the asteroid was from the Kuiper Belt. If you watch the whole “Tilt” EAS Scenario, you find out that the plan is to time travel and either destroy or change the trajectory of the asteroid. I believe they changed the trajectory, and thanks to that the asteroid avoided the Moon AND the Earth, but instead hit the sun. The asteroid, like the intro explains, exploded and formed the dust ring around the sun. Thus, “Tilt” is canon to “Dim the Lights”. Thanks a lot, James.

This was very well made and thought out. This could be possible, except that the dust would've burnt out faster than what was described here. By the time the glacier could expand to reach places like Greenland, the dust would've already burnt out. Also, the sheer amount of material to dim the sun is HUGE. It would be more likely that the dust would actually be surrounding earth itself instead of the sun.

EAS Scenario idea: Nuclear Apocalypse Plot: It is the Spring of 2025 in California. Greg (our main character) is the kitchen cleaning when he hears sirens from outside of his house and decides to turn on the Television. That is when an Emergency Alert is issued saying that China is sending in a nuclear missile all across the United States and in Canada and tells everyone to seek shelter immediately. Greg follows the steps the EAS had given him and goes down to his basement. He has a radio down there and a TV that still functions properly. On the radio, they announce that over 1'267 people had died in the explosion and said that although the bomb was already dropped. The chemicals are all over the state. That is when another EAS comes on, saying that the people who died in the explosion have come back to life. And that anyone who serves the military, whether it be the Army, the Marine's, the Air Force, the Navy, or any other sort of military work must report for duty immediately. This meant that Greg would have to leave and go back to serve for his country (and yes, Greg is in the military. What part? The Air Force.) And so he packs up all of his things. He makes a call to his son, John, and tells him what was going on. John tells him to stay safe out there and Greg said he would before he hung up. Then he leaves. The scenario ends with Greg walking out of his house, with his gas mask on, climbing onto the bus with other surviving soldiers. And with that, it becomes a To Be Continued story.

Scenario idea: Spark of the Inferno Plot: In the summer of 2027, there was a dry thunderstorm that went throughout new england and the maritime provinces of canada. And at 4:00 pm est, a lightning bolt had hit a tree in the town of greenville, maine. Because of the unusually dry conditions, as well unusually windy weather, it had became the perfect recipe for a wildfire that would burn new england and the maritime provinces to a crisp. The firefighters could not get the fire to stop from spreading further, no matter how hard they tried. And just before it could get to toronto and baltimore, there were tornadoes that had formed near those cities from a severe thunderstorm, and sure enough, the tornadoes had struck the wildfire, causing a fire tornado to cause damage throughout maryland and ontario, and they had hit washington d.c and ottawa, causing america and canada to lose their presidents. The rest is up to you to decide.
