Deploy multiple MLRS batteries and M109 Self Propelled Guns, on the hills behind the Army's position. For more fire power, deploy M1's, Bradley's, humvee's, and Infantry. As well as -commanche- Apache Attack helicopters. Then, declare an evacuation order and airlift civilians outta the city via helicopter, or tell them to drive to the Army's position. Try to lure the infected to the Army's position as well. Then, unleash everything on them, with MLRS, and M109 batteries firing first, followed by everything else. (First person to find out where I got this strategy from, deserves a scholarship. )
