Sir it was a warm experience, need to know about discontinuous easement and public right, as if a path (in private or govt.land) is constructed by public fund in that case anyone can use it even if he is not dominant owner, or if a path created under Narega Act on private and govt. Land and locals use it for coming and going if obstruction is raised in that case how to restore public right, I mean to say if one is not dominant owner but need to enjoy path from servient owner in that case how to sue, like I am not owner of property but use a path daily for coming and going to office where obstruction is raised so how I can sue my public right. Kindly assist
