Actually there are many artists who prefer to use tan-brown or gray or even black paper for color pencils. Also cheap white pencils without much pigmentation/dye are good for blending and sealing other colors.

Its actually way harder to use cheap white pencils, its best to use more expensive ones/softer leads as they won't scratch off the already pigmented paper.

@@TwinnedBanana well for one the word Dutch comes from Dietz the family name of the person that canonized the standards of my language, it has only superficial relation to the word Deutsch , the german word for german and does therefore not mean (the) people, specifically because the people arn't called the dutch except by anglons. our language is dutch, we are niederlanders, or low-landers if you wanted to use a english term, or if you like latin more; Belgics (meaning low landers in latin) not to mention that like germany we don't really have a unitary etnical identity but rather state/province ones; hollanders, frissians, gelre, brabant, zealand etc making the term dutch or even 'nederlanders' more a state-term then a cultural one, needed to "ensure stability with pluriformity" to "battle greater powers then ourselfs" for second; saxon is not finnish, its a northern region (and one of the older at that) of germany in our germanic language called saksenland, and parts of northern netherlands, later immigrating to the brittish isles the word is phonetically connected to "to sack" refering to the coastal raids they were known for similar to the viking raids but then more on the continental coast , a part that is correct is allemanni mean 'peoples' and being a french term that frankly is irrelevant and incorrect but understandable from their point of view

In Finland, Nordics ambulance ride costs 80€ Expenses that go over that are paid by taxpayers. Tho then you have 40€ doctors fee + more than 7 days in hospital and one night starts costing 50€ I dont get where the myth of "Free healthcare" outside the US started.

@@jarskil8862 I guess it's just a simpler way of conveying the message than "Americans don't have healthcare subsidized by their government through their taxes". Plus the prices they pay for some stuff make it seem like other countries are free in comparision. I've seen ambulance fees from the US being like 4-6k, whilst in my country you pay the government around 500 dollars a year, and get everything from a simple check-up, to even cancer treatment all covered (though what you don't pay in cash you end up paying in waiting time, or sometimes you get distilled water instead of chemotherapy)
