See every time I think about doing a big job on a car, I'm always worried I'm going to screw it up or not be capable. Really though, car work is all about learning and effort. Just start doing and you can almost always accomplish a task. Even rebuilding an engine can be simple if you take it one step at a time. You just have to put in the time and effort. I hope this summer my channel will show as much time and effort with great results as your channel. Nice editing too. 5:20 was funny. Thanks for the great vid as always, Kalvin.

I didnt notice one but you need a check valve inline on your brake booster line . Brake boosters dont like positive pressure its only designed for vacuum.

The timing skip on my rb25 and I have an opportunity to buy a cheap rb20 Neo. It is swapped into my s13 hatchback but I was unsure if the motor mounts and transmission bellhousing would all bolt up the same on an rb20

hey bro I think you need a one way valve in running from your manifold to break booster. Wont be able to use break well while on boost haha. nice video man keep It up :D

Hey Calvin, I have a rb20 240 with a very similar engine setup to yours (big top mount, fmic, intake plenum, fuel rail, etc) and I'm confused how you have your fuel set up. Which side of the fuel line is the feed and which is the return, and where do you place your fpr? Sorry if it's a stupid question, I'm only 15 😅

Yoooo first off love the car, second can you show how your external waste gate vacuum lines are set up? i just got a manual boost controller and my external gate has two ports one on top and one on the bottom which line goes where?

you run the boost signal line to the bottom port and leave the top port open. you only use the top port with an electronic boost controller with a solenoid that allows it

Kalvin you wasted money on the factory paper gasket. cometic makes a better intake manifold gasket that won't rip when you take the intake manifold off.

BlueRB240 why does it matter. you should replace gaskets like that every time you remove them anyway....

The material that the factory Nissan one makes it a one use gasket. Cometic is not a paper gasket that will not fall apart. fine for a unmodified car but if your modified you will be removing the intake more than once. It starts to add up and cost you down time.

Just drill and tap to a fitting you're able to get. That's what I did.
