Streets is dope but I've just been slamming labs. Yellow and Violet give so much loot, that you can legit do like 8 minute runs and just make bank. The new area is also so juiced up every time. You get a couple bitcoin and a gpu almost every raid. The occasional Led ex is nice too

Streets goated. Negotiation key is usually trash, it's in the BSG office where relax spawns. However, I found two GPUs in the single PC in there the other day. So if you go there a lot, apparently it can be worth it sometimes (key is also only like 10K on flee).
