For anyone wondering about some issues they may be having: If pilliagers start spawning in the villager compartment, then place leaves over the bed and move the villager above those leaves If pillagers spawn in the top trident grinder and squish each other out of the farm, then place leaves on the floor to stop them from spawning there. If your pillaged outpost is at a high elevation, your water source may freeze. Place a block over the water source, so it doesn't freeze. (It doesn't matter where just place leaves on top so they don't spawn on the block.) If your outpost is at high elevation, snow may start piling up and they can spawn on the snow. This can be easily fixed by placing a block and leaves on top of that said block and putting a torch on the block.

Fixes for issues I ran into: build the top chamber that the lava is in, 2 blocks higher, then place the leafs around the top. The Bulls wills swim up the lava, some eventually making it out on top and messing things up For pillagers spawning in villager area: after getting villager into the bed area, wait for it to be night, he will sleep, then place 2 leaf blocks directly above him, he will be completely incased in leafs when he wakes up, leaving zero room for pillagers to spawn

So i spent hours building this on a friends realm, it was very close to a village the spawns for the raid were not spawning up top so after hours of troubleshooting we killed all the villagers in the village and broke all the workstations and then it started to work hope this helps some of you

You don’t want your villager to have access to the bed. Surround your villager in leaves and place the bed underneath him and place leaves over the bed so pillagers don’t spawn. Pillagers can spawn on everything except leaves and scaffolding.

okay so update for y’all. one. if of your villager dies get a new one in and when it’s night time and he sleeps completely trap him in with leaves. two. the bulls will destroy the top leaves so if you go up three blocks including leaves so that is two solid blocks and one ring of leaves that fixes that. three. upgrade your storage how ever you want just cover every top part with leaves. four. i had a couple times where the bulls spawned on the side where the trident killer is, so if you reinforce the whole piller with leaves it fixes it. five. if you do a small little room of leaves the phantoms can’t get you if you want to do afk or something six. with the whole southeast thing you have a 1 in four chance. if it’s not the right one and the leader pillager won’t spawn just simply change the block layout.

Hi there. I just wanted to say that after a few tweaks, we got this to work and it is awesome!! Typically farms rarely work for us, this is working perfectly though and we love it. However, I do have one issue it seems. For some reason, the grass blocks are breaking in random areas, which obviously causes the mobs to spawn outside. Is there is a way around this?

It seems we figured out the problem. The mobs were glitching though the single layer mob killer areas. We doubled up on the layers, on the outside of the first layer. The mobs were dropping out and the ravagers were taking out the leaves, which then caused mobs to spawn in those areas. It was a mess until we figured it out.

The witches keep using their fire resistance potions and saving themselves from the lava but they arent falling down the tunnel to the trident killer can anybody explain why that might be? I can only afk for like one or two stages of the raids before having to go up and use the bow on them.

I just build pretty much the same, but often an enemy gets stuck in the Trident killer and I have to flip it off and on. As if they are bouncing on top of the pistons. Sucks when I just spend 2 hours afk lol!

Pillagers keep spawning on top. Once the big rhino's spawn they start breaking all the leaves and just start spawning everywhere. Do I have to make it higher?

I found a solution. I build the top like 3-4 layers higher covering it up with leaves The villager bed I also covered with leaves. And everything that was spawnable I also covered with leaves. And instead of ladders (because they also spawn on ladders.) I used scaffolding. Now it works perfectly fine!

Love your vids 1upMC! I use them all the time. On this one I had to extend the top by 2 so that the lava didn't burn the leaves and stop the raid because they spawn on the top. Also had to do what lucasbostwick2767 did and add leaves on top of the bed and put the villager on the leaves to stop the pillagers from spawning on the bed and killing the villager. Look at a map, you should be pointing to the bottom right corner of the map, walk forward until you're in the corner you're pointing at, that is the block the mob spawn on

This is because your outpost has multiple spawning spots. Make sure your outpost don’t face north. There was a door at the bottom. If it faces north then you have up to 4 other spawning spots i believe

Appreciate you I finally got it working very good buttt the way you had your villager in the leaf cage didn’t work for me, they kept getting spawned on. I went through 5 villagers and spent about 4 hours trying to find an alternate way to get him to live and ended up fixing it once I made a water elevator and then waited until he slept and put leaves in every block except where the bed was so nothing can spawn and he shouldn’t technically be able to stand there but it now works and also I think naming him messes it up too

I love your videos and have used quite a bit of your farms. Amazing videos but this farm has many flaws that are easy to fix. 1. The lower trident killer should be placed on the floor right under the floor the pillagers spawn on. Counts are very important. there should be 10 blocks from the ground to the first trident killer. 2. Stop using Redstone torch trident killers. Use the 3 dropper and 1 repeater method. You can still get the xp. Eventually raids will spawn on those blocks below the Redstone torches. ( you could just break the block directly under the torch) 3. The block count from the ground to the top afk platform should be exactly 51 blocks. The count from the Top AFK platform to the bed needs to be 13 blocks (The bed being the 14th block). 4. There is no need to put the villager there as the villager does NOT need to sleep. Place the bed, put leaves on the bed (no need to surround the bed in leaves) then move the villager 4 blocks away on the x or the z axis (must be within 4 on the "Y" Axis in order to link to a bed). 5. There really is no need to put a collection system at the bottom because the only unique thing you get are banners. (You run the risk of pillagers spawning on the chests or any block other than leaves and scaffolding) 6. If you're in a snow biome then put string on all the leaves to prevent snow build-up. 7. The block count from the top AFK platform to the Tip top platform (not the walls on top) should be 20. And the walls on top with this specific spawning chamber should be 8 blocks (not including the leaves) tall due to ravagers being able to pile up on one another and breaking the leaves. 8. Lastly, stop setting up the collection system on top near the AFK platform. Use two observers facing into one another with a dropper facing down and a glass tube all the way to the bottom. Place you collection system under ground. As long as you have No chests above the surface you can make it as big as you please. I hope this helps some people and again, Awesome work my man I have built so many of your farms back when I was still learning!

If you’re standing ask the way on the ground and you’re ready to pillar up to complete the very top trident killer, you need to use 51 block from the ground all the way up until the total is 51. Once you build your top trident killer and ask that god stuff and you want to place the villager, use temporary blocks and starting from the 51 original count 13 more. Place the bed on top of the 13th block (making the bed the 14th block) this block count prevents the raids from spawning on the ground. Hope this helps
