Hi. I’m a 12 year old girl trying to figure out the struggle of which is my hair😩😩!! I recently noticed that the back of my hair is much thinner than the crown, front, and the majority of my perimeter. I think I damaged it and my twists outs look terrible back there. Should I cut it? I’m glad you found the video helpful. You can tough it out by having a healthy hair regimen, incorporate protein treatments and ayuverdic deep conditioners. If you don’t see progress after a while then you can cut it.

Awww thank you, the thing about natural hair is you have to create a hair regimen/routine that's the way to maintain it. There are various protective styles you could do e.g box braids, mini twist & wearing a wig.

For the first time in 13 years, I took my cornrows out may not ever do them again. Tried twisting my hair tonight for the first time but my hair is so thin that I had to part section 4 times as big as yours to get similar size twists. It's sad. Hyperthyroidism is no joke.
