I adore hibiscus! My grandmother used to grow giant, dinner plate-sized, pink hibiscus in her back yard. They were a beautiful, shimmering, sparkly, shade of a cool, light pink with deeper, brighter, raspberry pink centers. At full bloom they were probably 20 cm. across. These came out really pretty, and nobody would ever guess that they are that easy!

I'm with you-- both about Fay AND about Kirsty's new house! I've been dying to see it since the first video there, when she told us she'd just moved in. Did you see the video they did a couple of weeks ago when Kirsty taught Fay how to soak and file her acrylics off? If not, you missed out! I still can't imagine how they worked that out, but they did! and the video came out great! So did Fay's short nails, even if she's not a fan.

I'm so sorry! But in a way it's easier to stay indoors at home when the weather is nasty. It's easier for me now that the temperature is about to hit 100 degrees, Fahrenheit, that's ~38 degrees Celsius for everyone but we Americans and one other tiny, south Asian country, but I forget which one. The pull to be outside is greatest when it's still cool enough to enjoy being out there in the less polluted air, not when the heat feels like a blast furnace slapping you in the face when you open the door to go out.
