Yes, Adam is right! I remember when everyone was doing rainbow smoke nails back three or four years ago! Back then they were using white gel polish and "thinning" and "randomizing" the white polish with alcohol or gel wipe-off solution and then using pigment powders (or Sharpies) to color the white portions. I still have a lot of glow in the dark rainbow pigment powders left over from that trend. Even though Kirsty was trying to remove some of the yellow "over color" on the black, I LOVE how it turned out and made it look like it was glowing, kind of like a neon sign! It's a super-cool, if accidental, effect! But I just have to ask: Why are we getting a special Tuesday video? Not that I'm complaining!
