Easiest Origami Rose Ever! - How to Fold - Valentine's Day Gift

Hello everybody! In this video, I'm going to teach you how to make the easiest origami rose you'll find on the internet.
This model is very good for Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, birthdays and any other holidays.
The only material needed is a square of paper of any size.
I don't know the creator of the original model, I found several similar versions on the internet, but I created my own method to make it.

I wish I had words for how much I love this tutorial. I'm pretty challenged as far as paper folding and usually my attempts are not very successful, but I have made this rose. ... and it looks really great. Thank you so very much, you are an amazing teacher! I especially loved how you showed the lines by marking them black before folding, that was what made me easily understand how and where I was to fold. Also that you said when to pay close attention for the trickier parts. I had given up on origami a long time ago and somehow this was in my feed. I'm packing up to move and it so happened that I had just come across and old stack of origami paper and so I thought hey why not... I'm so glad I gave this a try... thanks again!

This tutorial is so easy!! And it doesn't have to be a paper that size--- I did it with a post-it note and it gave exactly the same result. I would still recommend trying it on a larger scale first, though, because having such a small paper is a little tricky to work with. But this is so helpful, thank you!!

I liked that it had captions and clear steps. It's good that you explain what you are doing (when you are repeating a step etc), it's so much clearer than videos where they just film themselves doing it without speaking. It's also great because we can do it without watching 100% of the time!

Thank you so much for your clear, step-by-step tutorial! Most tutorials go way too fast -- particularly in the later, more difficult steps. Yours was just right! Showing the black lines before actually folding is an excellent idea. That way, when I watch the tito the first few times (before getting to knopw the steps by heart), I can stop the tutorial when I see the black lines; do the folds from memory; and then skip to the next step with the black lines. I hope you hve other tutorials -- I shall look you up on KZbin. Do you have an origami tutorial book one can buy?
