Roast krne ke baad souce ke sath sabse tasty ho jata hai ye 😋 or aise koi bhi 60,70,g kha bhi lega easily werna or koi bhi method me ye kabhi heavy ho jata hai or 40,50,g bhi nai khaya jata hai ... Beat protein source hai ye or sabse cheap.

Boiling reduces anti nutrients and for digestion, you need to take care of 30-40 grams fiber in daily meal, then these will also get digest. It will take several days to digest and cause bloating if you're deficit in daily fiber intake.

Kuch toh gadbad hai daya Protein 21 gm x 4 = 84 cal Carbs 18 gm x 4 = 72 cal Fat 11 gm x 9 = 99 cal 84 +72 + 99 = 255 cal It should be 255 cal not 233
