What i have done and found really effective is this - one litre of water and a small pinch of washing powder. Shake it very well. Add more water if u find it very soapy and use sprayer to use directly on the plant. Spray after sunset. It works. Use only once in a while IF u see any bugs

Best way is to bring fresh Neem leaves,grind them in mixer at home,and then collect the liquid part via net used in kitchen.than spray the Neem water to the plant alternate days and in 2-3 spray period u will find all white pests disappear.and it helps the plant to grow well.
