Very important step people dont talk about on drop fades is that you need to make your guidelines wider in the back of the head or you will end up leaving a dark shadow in the back of your clients head.

Bro your tutorials are on a whole other level with slow simple explanations/guidance! Not fast-forwarding too much like the other barber videos I see, and the quality was perfect, but 4k bro, ill be waiting for that. Keep it up

Facts bro. I'm in barber school and my instructor gets mad when I make giudlines when fading. Like barbers use giudlines for a lot of things but they don't like using giudlines when fading. Unfortunately my barber school gets taught the old school way and not much on men's fading. So I had to teach myself skin fades from youtube and you! They also get aggravated if I take my time on a cut but like you said the client will appreciate if you're taking your time trying to give them the best outcome you can. Imma keep grinding 💈 thanks brotha for the inspiration

Sometimes when I’m using my trimmers it pulls on the clients skin or hair. I use the t outliners with the deep tooth blade or just the regular blade. not zero gapped. I use it facing up and it almost always happenswhen I’m trying to blend. Tips/tricks?

What if I don’t have a half guard and 1.5 guard?
@Wondorawoman4 жыл бұрын
Not all brands if clippers have the half guard and 1.5 guard. So use the 1 with blade open and move clipper up. You can always turn color down and move down the head. That takes less off.
@sanketdeshpande3694 жыл бұрын
Wondorawoman so to get the 1 to 0 line out better I would use the corners of just the lever open with no guard?
@Mike-hy8cs4 жыл бұрын
@@sanketdeshpande369 or use the back end of the blade to cut less hair. Thats how people use to fade without a jalf guard
