Hi, thanks for the video. I have been trying to submit my online application even though I uploaded the mandatory documents (I even got the green ticks. All documents are smaller than 250Kb and are either JPEG or Pdf) but it keeps on sending me the same message: Sorry Error submitting the application. All the mandatory support documents has to be uploaded Unfortunately your embassy in Germany is not so helpful with this.
