Hi, you seem to skim over the question of how you apply for a group. E.g. I'm visiting with my minor son and want to apply for both of us in 1 group. I did check 'Make a new group' but it's unclear how I can add another person to that group. Any idea?

Hi there! You’ll need to do your application first, and then do a separate application for your son as each traveller requires their own visa and application. You’ll use your visa application’s reference as the group’s “code.”

Is it normal that I applied last Wednesday and today is Monday afternoon and I didn’t get approval yet?

I would say so, yes. Depending on the volume of applications they receive it’s sometimes faster than others, but my guess is your application’s first business day (to them) was Thursday and of course there was the weekend which adds to it. Hopefully it arrives soon. 🇺🇬
