Deborah I to had microbacterium avian complex (MAC) and they wanted me to be on antibiotics for two years. But 11 months in I stopped taking the medication. I cant get the heat above 110 in my DIY Sauna (Vivosun tent with 5 RubyLuxe bulbs). I finally just bought a Therasage portable when they had a sale. Huge improvement.

What insulating material would you recommend for a make-shift sauna door? rockwool (comfort board) , spaceloft-aerogel , XPS, HempWool? I'd like to mount an insulator on a piece of cardboard/styrofoam/balsa-wood and use it as a detachable sauna door. Since it will be very close to me, and exposed to high-temperatures, I'm concerned of it giving off any VOCs or particles that may not be the best to breathe.
