Just want to add one more way you can get into Bhattal... This was an accident honestly. I was exploring and found the gate you show in the video and I ran right past the guard. Well he stopped me and asked for a permit, which I didn't have. He then decided he was super unhappy about the permit so much that he started beating the ever loving crap outta me. I didn't wanna kill a guard for just doing his job, so I was gonna just let him kill me and reload to before the situation went down. Well, turns out, home boi just knocks you down to 1hp, then hits you to the ground and proceeds to arrest you. You end up in a goal cell in Bhattal as a result and if you bribe the guard 10k gold, he'll just let you go right there in Bhattal at the capital. Basically the equivalent of one ferrystone and boom, in the country ezpz. Sure, we got a mark on our record of being arrested, but oh well. We're the mfin Arisen amirite?!?

The easiest way to get past the gate into bhattal is if your arisen is beastren and have your permit along with you (border entry permit) which you get from Captain Brant once his missions completed but if your human you have to buy a beastren mask in the same place your at which is checkpoint rest stop and a store called (Ibrahim's Scrap Store)which should be seen on the map once bought equip the mask then talk to the guard at the gate again then show your permit and your good to go

Something to note, I was leveling warfarer to get a certain augment and noticed i was also leveling up all vocations at the same time. I gained a rank with all my other vocations I had unlocked.

Warning to future players: DO NOT get warfarer early, it is not worth the walk and enemies, you only get 3 skills, all classes but only 3 skills. He's not a jack of all trades he's a jack who knows a couple things.

Are you talking about going to Checkpoint Rest Town? you can take the West Oxcart from Vernworth.Through the Gates you can buy yourself a Beast Mask at the Ibrahim Forgery there. Haven't tested this one,but could work:)

@mraftergames I tried that and it did not work for me. There is a cart that spawns at night that you can get on and ride to get pass the checkpoint. Just remember if you want to get back you either have to have a ferry stone or wait till night again so that same cart comes back and you can travel back to the other side

For those who are thinking about leveling up all of their vocations with the wayfarer, do not do this. When using the wayfarer vocation 50% of the exp aquired goes to wayfarer, the rest is split up between ALL vocations you have currently unlocked. After having all of the vocations unlocked, i have found out it's much quicker to just level them individually by switching to the vocation i want to level up. The only "pros" to using wayfarer from what i've discovered is the fact that you can wear any armor and you can use the magic archer skills and just go to town slowly leveling over time. Not having to swap armor all the time is useful, however not worth the trouble due to the increased time it takes to level everything in my honest opinion.

The easiest way i think to get to battahl is ride a cart to cp rest town. Travel east to guerco cavern. After traversing through the cavern you'll find out on the other side of the border just follow the road and you'll reach battahl. There are 2 cyclops and a minotaur along this route and a troll i think but all of them can be ran by unless you need to rest at a camp. One of the cyclops is right by the camp so i had to take it out to rest.

Actually Sigurd lives at the small town where the secret shrine entrance is located. Sigurd has a house at the top of hill. I walk in his house and unlock the vocation.

I got all vocations except wayfarer and I am level 27. Some stuff I am running through not to fight every enemy. I would recommend level 22 to be on the safe side. Right now I have not ran into anything locked behind a boss encounter.

For Wayfarer, is it possible to equip weapons of the same vocation in order to have more skills ? For instance, for a Sorcerer build. Would it be possible to equip 3 staffs to have 9 skills ?

No you are still limited to picking only 4 skill slots which skills remain the same irrespective of what weapon you use and, 1 of which will be taken up by armarments leaving you with three real slots to use. Realistically will only run 2 weapons / classes and slot in 3 skills from the 2 classes.

Never played dd1 but if you want max damage output sorcerer is the way to go. Thieves are the most fun I think and they do a lot of damage as well!

I chose Thief for my main pawn, shes an absolute dps monster and I got the maister skill for thieves within just a few hours of starting the game. They are literally assassins from DD1 although locked to just dagger skills, but its still the closest a pawn gets to a hybrid vocation in strength

nameless village, there main story quests will take you there, specifically the false sovern. There is a maister in the manor. He isn't the only one though, because that one is the false maister.
