Quick note: Easley currently has a TON of new housing being developed. So much in fact the city infrastructure will NOT be able to handle it. I'm talking thousands and thousands of people. The city council has since made laws restricting new developments without paying an "impact fee". So, have her talk to you about the coming nightmare on its way to crush our fine city.

It's a town we're cops lie Ppl are rude And they are packing ppl in like sardines. No small town feel anymore. It's all about $$$$$$$

I was born and raised here in Easley and the people are generally polite, friendly, and just fantastic.

@@aubree_lewis The cops are also pretty cool. They have been very friendly and helpful every time i have encountered them. Just about everyone knows a bunch of people too so there is also that.

I SO wish there was an easier way to search this and me and my team are currently working on a resource that will make it easier to hopefully find great apartments, house rentals, etc. But unfortunately we use the internet search for the time being. Wish I could help more!

Be careful Crime everywhere, they won't go after criminals. But if you have a tag light out They will arrest you. It's LAW IN EASLEY, $250 FINE AND 30 DAYS IN JAIL COP TOLD ME THIS Have flooded town to get rich

six mile is better than Easly. so is central. Salem Walhalla scenica, Pendelton is a great place. Norris liberty. Cateechee. all of them are just minutes from Clemson and much better than Easly.

I'm relocating to the area from Hurricane ravaged Ft. Myers, FL. Just got a job offer at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Looking for a rental. Do you help with that? I've been watching your videos (and others) to get a layout of the area and to get info. Very helpful.

Hey! On occasion, yes, I will help with rentals, or at least get you connected to different property managers here in the area. Rent here is almost as much as you would pay for a mortgage unfortunately.

@@timesup5105 oh well I'm actually looking for that... I currently live in the Santa Cruz Mountains in NorCal.... I hate the fast paced life .. really can't wait to leave this state.... I found that I'm happiest when I'm living the slow paced life... Just wanna enjoy... Hope you get adjusted to it...

​​@@aubree_lewis Look up Easley Police Chief Suspended for fighting. Look up Police officer shot in station by another police officer. Look up drug arrest in Easley, Pickens county. My sister murdered their with no arrest. Sleepy town, the buggers come out at night. Oh, forgot, look up police stealing lawnmowers from peoples yards.
