My aunt went on a mission trip to Uganda and had chapati there. She absolutely loved it, but couldn't recreate it. I found your video while I was looking for a recipe and made it for her and she was so happy; she said it was just like what she had in Uganda and wouldn't stop thanking me. One happy new subscriber here :)

@cheflolaskitchen I was wondering do you have to coil it up before letting it sit to rise before frying it?
@cheflolaskitchen9 жыл бұрын
+Daphnee Oh No, It's optional. I only did that so that I can have a layered Chapati. If you don't care so much about having it in layers you can skip that step and cook it. It will taste and feel the same just with no layers.
