Ingredients :
•Oil to fry
• Poha ( Rice Flakes ) - 500 gms
• Split Chickpeas ( Chana Dal ) - 250 gms
• Masoor Dal - 250 gms
• Green Moong Dal - 250 gms
• Cashew nuts - 1 cup( approx 200 gms )
• Peanuts - 1 cup ( approx 200 gms)
• Raisin - 1/2 cup
• Curry Leaves - 1 cup
• Chopped Green Chillies - 1/2 cup
• Grated Fried Potatoes - 500 gms
• Oil - 1 cup
• Cinnamon Stick - 2
• Cloves - 7/8
• Seasom seeds ( Til) - 2 Tbsp
• Dry Red Chilli - 4/5
• Mustard seeds ( Rai) - 1/4 cup
• Turmeric - 1/4 cup
• Poppy Seeds ( Khas Khas ) - 1/4 cup
• Powdered Sugar - 1/4 cup
• Salt as per taste
• Red chillli powder - 2 Tbsp
• Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
• Hing - 1 tsp
