Brian Johnson Same here bro. From Mobile Alabama and a lot of us didn't have a clue. Although we did have a handful that actually traveled and live their for a short period of time. The ones I knew came back claiming Family. This was around 1991 when I was in junior high . And a year or two later I had a classmate who went to Cali for the summer and he came back to Alabama and started a Piru set here in Mobile.

His East Side hood connections from the start make this an instant classic. I'm from Gangsta. But the East Coast Crip history, TO ME at least, is Original Crip history. The 1st Crip is responsible for their name! That's as original as it gets! My pops grew up on the east side knew Raymond Washington with pics to prove...original 89 neighborhood. Before Crips. BaccWest before the Swans. They actually hopped on the Coast gang while he doing time. He was on lock from late 81 up until 2002. He said to me how he couldn't believe his hood split into two warring factions. We don't beef with ECC, but I'll tell you one thing, every Crip I met, from 62-89 been with the shits. That's just my 3 cents. Shout out to @Kev Mac Videos for this REAL CRIP SHIT.
