I love preppy colors always have Palm Beach and Vero Beach where I grew up. This was just beautiful and Ralph Lauren is my favorite.

Agree love Ralph Lauren’s clothes. I grew up in Newport and yes, preppy cloths always in style. At the time also, a big military presence (Navy) with people from all over the world and their families. You could go just a 20 minute drive into Fall River, MA and it was a whole different world as far as styles went. I still prefer the clean lines, good fabric, classic clothes even many, many years later.

The fashion is so 80s preppy, that it's amazing. Proof is there's a lot of photos of the GOAT supermodels in fashion editorial pieces here that I totally remember.

I love that term, “sophisticated and relaxed”. I definitely value this in my wardrobe. A lot of these clothes I already wear since I live in South Florida. Sundresses, linen pants, mumus, and sandals are NECESSITIES since it’s so hot. As much as I love Miami, I wish I could sail. Our waters are not conducive to that sport. Those boats are so majestic, I just have to get on one someday.

Beautiful homes. Helps that the owners have staff to maintain them, especially those gardens. Unfortunately, Brooks Brothers filed for bankruptcy in 2020. They were purchased but I understand the quality isn’t what it used to be.

Yes, the quality for many higher end brands has been subpar for at least the past 10yrs now. The price tags are still high but quality is very poor. All mass produced in China too most likely. Greed over loyal customer base it would seem.
