Looks like you are in wind-blasted paradise. I caught one of my biggest ever Brookies out of that upper (windy) lake a few years back. Used a canoe to explore the shore and cast to submeged logs and boulders. The outlet stream all the way to abive the falls can be good fly fishing for bows, brooks and cutts too. Beautiful area. One of my favorite parts of the park! The trails in that area lead to amazing views. Hope you had time to enjoy them.
