@@dearlightbeings Earnings r very essential park of our tribal culture, as I hv experienced and heard from grandparents. It symbolizes basically 3 things, 1st: its part of beauty for both men and women and are of various metals; 2nd: it tells about social status, the more the number of piercings, the more is the number of earrings and better the recognition; and 3rd:the number of piercings is proportional to their resiliency. Now a days men are not prominently seen wearing such ornaments but at previous times ornamentation was for all. Sry 4 late reply. Hopes it helps your quest.😍

Proud of Rahul Gandhi and Jairam Ramesh for stopping Vedanta open cast bauxite mining project in 2010 (as per FRA, 2006) to protect culture of the Dongria Kondh and maintaining the ecological integrity of the Niyamgiris which is symbolic of their god Niyamraja... It takes guts to take such a decision, which openly antagonized the corporates, still the UPA-2 had the courage and conviction to do it in the spirit of liberal democracy where even a small tribe's voice and vision mattered.

Rahul Gandhi also considered removal of 370 a threat to Kashmiri culture.( (i.e. threat to pro Sharia law in kashmir) So was there no threat to the Hindu culture of other states by joining the Indian Union? if yes then why were all the states not given their own provision like 370? Did they want to erase Hindu culture?? there is no cultural threat to Hindus by eliminating polygamy and other evils. There is no threat to Hindu culture even on the idea of breaking Ram Setu. But Rahul definitely sees a threat to Islamic culture by ending Muslim polygamy, Halala rape and child marriage in UCC. I love that 'palm wine'! In this part of Tamil Nadu it is called 'Kalu'. it is sourced fro Palmyras and is drunk fresh. It is a non fermented drink yet it has a slight narcotic effect and is perhaps addictive. It is also strictly outlawed. Thanks for your film works.

😂 Tribals are very hardworking people on earth .....they are mainly agriculturalists ( Indian tribes basically) so whatever they produce from their land they sell it like Paddy Ragi Fruits and vegetables .....also forest produce like honey , meditional herbs ,fruits , some vegetables also grow in jungle ( forest mushrooms , saag , vegetable flowers ) leaves for natural leaf plates Mahua ( it is also used in cooking oils ) ....sadly tribals never get paid for what they deserve but still they manage and are happy and satisfied human on earth
