Hi thanks for sharing, if 500 gms of Maida is used then what is the measurements for the other ingredients,?

If making half the quantity of Maida, reduce all ingredients to half and can keep sugar the same, that is 1 tbsp. Adjust water accordingly to get the consistency. Thanks for watching.

It's better to mix with hand or stand mixer. We want it to be thick and not to dry or not to wet either and using a blender you may not get that.

Yes Surely, This Recipe can be halved or even made 1/4th the quantity, just adjust the ingredients accordingly. No, these fugais don't burst while frying, give it a try with small quantity to start with. All the best
