I can't believe this is in the US. I thought my city was a shithole. I've seen similar video of Skid Row in LA. And it shocked me. I mean, we've always had this kinda shit but usually it was hidden. In tunnels and under bridges. This is just.... I guess every major city has some of this. Opiate addiction is part of it. We really need to make treatment easier to come by
