The second layer isn't everywhere as yet. Portland is progressing slowly but I hope the potholes and bad spots/errors are corrected in due time. That's my bornland! Respect the driving view as usual KTV.

They didn't do a second layer for these 2 sections, as the local contractors abandon the project before the asphalt started, so CHEC just did one layer to save face. But as you can see, it's starting to have pot holes already.

Started out nice. But with so much water sitting on parts of the road; means pots holes will soon return where standing waters are.. Much more needs to be done. Not bad though..

As long as the ROAD users knows the PURPOSE of the WHITE line in the ROAD..and not who can SKIMP closest to it..Very helpful at Night driving..
