Klarityflex. Keep providing your honest opinion. The haters will always hate. The road between Boston and Long Bay has been bad like this for several years. There are issues with the road between Port Antonio and Boston, but it is a massive improvement over what was there before. It only takes 20 minutes to get to Boston now, driving within the speed limit.

The Chinese says nothing in the townhall meetings but are definitely on these sites, along with self haters, relentlessly bashing the locals. Be aware as we can't see who is actually typing the stuff we are reading. Don't fall for the division. Ignore the fake names and profile pictures that make it seem as if a local person is saying the stuff.

CHEC is responsible for the overall project as they are the ones that received and accept the contract from the government, along with all the agreed to contractual stipulations. The local contractors are merely executing whatever CHEC asked them to do. If CHEC sees something they don't like, they should get it fixed or fix it themselves before declaring the work complete.

The work so far has been done by a local contractor. Hopefully CHEC will address these issues.

Kflex, the work is in progress. I spoke to a relative living in the Boston area and he told me CHEC done the survey and waiting to get started.

The reason the road is like that is because of our jamaican local contractors... the ones we said should get the work and not the Chinese and they failed us terribly. So just rambling about how the road is, isn't being a journalist... do some investigation and find out if chec is going to do those sections in Portland same as the local contractors aren't working from prospect to portland. Chinese will have one layer on prospect to portland in a year and a half. We are worthless as a people, that is the story here.
