Ugh, when is the MTA going to replace the r142 with the r142a on the 2 and 5 trains, and in my opinion I feel that the MTA should also replace the r62 and r62a with the regular r142 on the 1 and 3 trains then that way the subway would be more efficient

DoolaCiity. The three top ones are for the mainline and the lower one comes from sunnyside yard where they are putting in yard tracks....you'll catch on.....

What a waste of money. With 19 billion i bet you could have gotten ~20minutes of improvement from improving the rest of the system to a european standard.
