Strange how some of the best work gets less than one thousand views. Great video, love the format. Thanks for showing me those northern prairie critters with a pleasant story to bring it together.

As a lifelong prairie Albertan the Chinook is a blessing. A time when you can truly get out and enjoy the winter and recharge in all the sunlight

Very chilly looking for sure. You must drive with the window down or get out to shoot. as I didn’t see any heat shimmer in your footage. You’re just plain good at this filming thing. 👏👍

At first Mike, I thought you said “snowy elves” 😂 but glad it was owls😁 I challenge you about the deer being the biggest ninny’s on the planet - emus are much much more! They see you, take fright and run towards you in panic and from there on completely unpredictable! Will run ahead of a vehicle on a road with no fences mile after mile or suddenly turn off only to return shortly after. Thanks for the tracks in the snow, love looking at creature tracks.

But not too far east. Stop at the Saskabush Border! Beyond there are dragons!
