All these '28 Videos' have been great. Thanks, Ben. One Q: Is it possible to remove the starboard aft cushions while leaving the stainless support structure in place? I ask because the one 'weekender' piece that's missing is a modest way to prepare sandwiches, brew a cup of coffee and so forth. There's only the two of us and, perhaps unrealistically, I'm thinking about adding a small counter in that starboard aft corner of the main cabin. What do you think? And thank you again for these intro videos.

There is a removable teak table in the pilot house that grants great working space for preparing any meals. To warm up a pot of coffee we like to use the Magma 3-in-1 propane grill to heat up water and cook a meal.

@@EastCoastYachtSales Thanks for the reply. It's been pretty clear that one of the compromises of the 28's enclosed cabin is it's unsafe to use an open flame inside. Have you determined a Magma mounting location you think best serves your purposes?
