He turned nasty around 1999 after Kathy left again after she slept with Grant and Grant leaving, Phil was just shouting all the time and head went all over the place with being shot by Lisa, lisa not telling him about the baby, his feud with Mark Steve and Dan, Jamie betraying him, the Jamie dying Phils feud with Den Denni, Kate running away and not knowing where Louise was , and what happened with being framed for armed robbery and the Sam loosing everything, fued with Johnny Allen Ben being gay Stella abusing him also and pressure about that, a ringer car that killed Kevin wicks, archey taking over the vic and all the stuff with Ronnie Roxie , Phil being on crack and all his trouble with police marsden, Phils heart attack and Phils fued with Vincent and so much more and on top of all that alcohol making him an aggressive person, even if your not drinking you can still feel all aggressive

Let's not forget the seeds for all of this were planted in 1997 when Phil began drinking heavily.

The Mitchell brothers and their mother were modelled on the kray twins. Barbara Windsor knew the krays, most of the actors were really east end. The fact Grant kept saying phil was innocent and Sharon was a s*ag was horrible, they all knew Phil was as much to blame, hence why Sharon tore into Phil for throwing her under the bus and Grant did the same with Kathy, their relationship wasn't the same. Phil didn't have a one night stand with Sharon, it went on and on
