Jay made a mistake. That girl lied and as soon as he knew he ended it. That was why Ben was on his side and then Sharon and Phil. But the courts has to protect the girl. They're trying to make the new Michelle like the old by having her stand up to her best friend's 'bullying' husband

But Michelle is more selfish than phil. He's a lot but Michelle acted better than others and only came back because it suited her. Not because she missed her family. If Phil kicked her out, she'd have asked for it. Doubt she'd changed much and she ended up alone because of using lofty and other men and her poor taste in being with den and grant.
