Denzel is pretty deluded if he thinks he’s going to make rapid gains with roids when has only been training for a matter of months and hasn’t reached his natural foundation because he’s got to have some natural size to build off of, it’s like how the expression goes “you can’t make something out of nothing”. It’s taken me 6 years to build my natural foundation and admittedly I have been using some PEDS within the past couple of months but unlike fucking Denzel in eastenders, I’ve actually been on a long, hard bodybuilding journey since I was 16 because I aspire to step onto the Mr Olympia stage one and maybe steroids do get stigmatised by loads of people but coming from somebody who’s put thorough and constant research into these since bodybuilding became an interest, you will understand that we still have to train our asses off in the gym and follow the exact same process as a natural athlete would, just at faster and whilst sacrificing our lives to get to where all the judges in the federations want us to be
