I have an idea how Abi could return to Eastender's As we dont know much about brain stem death the possibilities could be 50/50 that her whole system could just reboot! It might seem stupid what im saying but if you think about it it could be a healing progress that the body does. Heres where the idea could happen for a return On the day of Abi's funeral she will be in a coffin when the ceremony begins in the church thats when she wakes up and whilst she realises she is in a coffin she panics and starts shouting out for help whilst banging on the coffin. Everyone gets shocked Max runs to tge coffin shouts out for help tells the priest that shes alive tries getting her out Laurens in shock Tanya and Lauren runs to Abi and hugs her Lauren says she needs to go to hospital because she doesnt know how shes woken up and the doctors do tests on her to see how she recovered such a miraculous condition explains that the results say that her brain has healed postively she just needed time to heal

This is not realistic at all for how someone would die if they were brain stem dead in this country. Organ donation would most certainly have been considered so it’s a shame that Eastenders didn’t decide to utilise this. If someone of her age and health is brain dead then you don’t withdraw treatment without breaching the possibility of organ donation with the family first. I understand that her family could still have said no, but in a lot of these cases when it’s someone so young who dies, families are very eager for something good to come from their suffering.
